1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nectar Life Coaching website (nectarlifecoaching.com) and the life coaching services provided by Amrit ("the Coach"). By using this website or booking a coaching session, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
Nectar Life Coaching provides professional life coaching services for individuals. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. It is a collaborative process designed to help clients gain clarity, set goals, and create positive change. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP or the Samaritans (116 123).
3. Booking & Payment
- Free 20-minute consultations carry no obligation and are offered once per person.
- Paid sessions and packages must be paid for in advance of the session or at the start of the package.
- Payment methods and instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
- If the Coach needs to reschedule, an alternative time will be offered at the earliest opportunity.
- Unused sessions within a package are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
5. Refund Policy
- Single sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
- For packages, a refund may be issued for unused sessions if requested within 14 days of purchase, minus the cost of any sessions already completed at the single-session rate.
- Refund requests should be made by emailing Nectarlifecoaching@gmail.com.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. The Coach will not disclose any client information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to the client or others.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coaching outcomes depend on the client's engagement and commitment. Nectar Life Coaching does not guarantee specific results. The Coach shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken by the client as a result of coaching sessions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Nectar Life Coaching and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. These terms were last updated on 22 February 2026.
